We anchored in Hachett Bay and rented a car from Mclean (wonderfully friendly guy who Runyon and Carl years ago). We drove to ferry dock
and took a water taxi to Harbor Island, Dunnsmore Town. We then rented a golf cart and zoomed around sight seeing and hopefully shopping. Since it was the day after Ivy's birthday- we wanted to get her something but seeing it was already after 5 PM- it was slim pickings for open stores.
Coming up on Harbor Island off of Main Land Eleuthera
We went to a Beach Shack that was making fresh conch salad and, if it were possible, it was better than the Green Turtle Cay conch salad!! See all the empty conch shells behind the shack?! SO Many just from one day!
We then drove around looking for some beach access on the other side of the island, beach access and a bar that would serve us something cold to drink with pina coladas.
Which is how we found the Coral Sands Beach Resort. A very nice resort with a very fancy bar with STRONG pina coladas.
The next day was Debby's planned departure so she was soaking up the rays and the salty water.
The sand here is pink- some some sort of coral. I collected some in my empty drink cup and brought it back to the boat.
Debby don't leave us- we'll miss you so much!!

We had a delicious organic dinner from the Rainbow Inn. And Key Lime Pie and Coconut Cream Pie as real birthday cakes. Yum Yum.
The next morning, Runyon and Debby left early to get to the airport and Debby left us. From 4 to 3. I guess that's the end of the Ladies' Cruise.
